President Dr.Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete welcomes to the State House Joint Special Representative of the African Union-Unite Nations Hybrid operation in Darfur(UNAMID) and Joint Chief Mediator Dr. Mohamed Ibn Chambas when the later paid a courtesy call on him in Dar es Salaam Wednesday.
