 President Dr.Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete(left) insists a point during a health break conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Right Honorable Stephen Harper (center)  and Mrs. Melinda Gates who is a co-chair and trustee of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Toronto Canada. President Kikwete is on a three-day working visit in Canada at the invitation of the Canadian Prime Minister participating in a summit on Maternal, Newborn and child Health.

Secretary General Ban Ki Moon at the Royal York hotel in Toronto Canada during the three-day Summit on Maternal,Newborn and Child Health with the theme"Saving every woman and every child" at the invitation of their host Canadian Prime Minister Rt Hon. Stephen Harper.
