On 25th October 2018, Ambassador Dr. Willibrod Slaa presented his Letter of Credence to the President of the Republic of Finland H.E Sauli Niinistö in Helsinki Finland. The Ceremony, included the presentation of letter of Recall for other departing Ambassadors and letter of credence by new Ambassadors accredited to Finland.
