ReplyDeleteJamani huu utaratibu wa kuchanganya finance na humani resource siyo utaratibu muafaka kwani finance yeye kazi yake ni kubana michuzi na wakati huo huo human resource anatakiwa angalau kuangalia masilahi ya wafanyakazi na shirika. hivi vyeo vinatakiwa kutenganishwa. mwisho nasema tangazo ni la kibaguzi au hiyo kampuni inatafuta mchumba?

ReplyDeleteSawa hilo nimekubali labda wewe ni ajenti (agent) wa hiyo kampuni tu, basi hebu tupatie kitu kinachoitwa "Job Description" kwanza.

ReplyDeleteAnony wa July 17, 2008 9:08 AM (Natombe); siku hizi makampuni mengi binafsi au semi-autonomous yameanza utaratibu wa kuunganisha HR and Office Administration na Finance kupunguza gharama za kuwa na management kubwa bila ulazima. Hasahasa kama shirika halina wafanyakazi wengi sana. Isitoshe in my experience, kuajiri watu waliosoma PSPA inakuwaga matatizo kufanya HR maana wanakuwa ni longolongo na siasa kibao. Usually watu wenye business training ni afadhali kufanya kazi za HR. Kuna baadhi ya vyuo vinafundisha HR kama stream ya undergraduate BCom/BBA program, ila sio wengi wanaochukua mkondo huo
Bado hujajibu kwa nini huna job descption hapa. Job Description ina inaonyesha mengi ikiwemo reporting structure., nk . Na pia nani mwenye degree zake za maana hawezi ku-apply kazi amabayo hata Jina la kampuni hamna bwana!! Sikulaumu sana kwa sababu bado huna hata huyo HR person katika kampuni, mtafute sana atakusaidia :-)
ReplyDeleteTayari umeshasema kama kampuni zinatofautiana katika mausuala ya HR. Mengine yanaunganisha na Finance na mengine kwa zamani yanagusa masuala ya Utawala nk nk .
