ReplyDeleteHypothermia is caused by a reduction in body temperature, usually through exposure to cold water or cold weather. It is defined in stages. Untreated hypothermia, especially in the later stages is extremely serious. It can result in organ death, heart arrhythmias, or extreme disorientation that results in remaining outdoors and shedding clothing because one doesn’t feel the cold. If the person is not found and quickly treated, death is likely.
Inasababishwa na baridi hasa ukikaa kwenye baridi bila ya nguo za kutosha, au umetumbukia kwenye maji ya badiri ukakaa muda mrefu bila ya kuokolewa, so michuzi kwa jacket ambalo linahifadhi baridi sithani kama ata pata hypothemia

Niliingia jana kwenye blog yako nikaiona iko too pale. Sijui unataka kulenga wasomaji gani. Kama ulivyosema watalii lakini kumbuka ni watu vijana wengi wao. Na vijana hawapendi rangi za watoto lakini wanavutiwa na at least a little bit of color. Yaani hiyo ni kama ya watu wazima haswa wenye kupenda magazeti au forum ambako huko ni heat discussions tu. Halafu utaifanya na nchi/mji uonekane iko boring to visit.

Suggestions labda borders ungeweka rangi ya dark blue kama unataka kukeep your clean look site ama link ziwe za blue if any...
