  9. Safi sana. Mara nyingi USA na Ulaya na hata Asia utaona migahawa ya wenzetu wa West Afrika lakini nadra kuna migahawa ya KITZ. Hawa ndio watu wa kuungwa mkono.

  11. Tatizo hapo ni jina la biashara. Huku U.S., jina pamoja na menu ni factor kubwa sana kuvutia wateja. Nina mifano hai mitatu.

    1). Swahili Restaurant iliyokuwepo Wichita, Kansas. Watu walikuja siku za mwanzo tu kuonja, lakini haikudumu hata miezi 6.

    2)Serengeti Restaurant ilikuwepo Wichita, Kansas. Watu walikuja kuonja tu kwa miezi kadhaa ikafungwa.

    3)Kilimanjaro Restaurant ilifunguiliwa Wichita, Kansas pale Central na Hillside. Nayo pia haikudumu. Wamarekani wakaja wakaonja, hao wakarudi kwenye McDonalds na Burger King walizozizoea.

    Menu ni tatizo pia. Inabidi ujue wateja walio wengi zaidi ni wamarekani kuliko waTanzania au waafrika. Jamaa walikuwa wanauza ugali, maharage, n.k. Inabidi ufikirie kuwa unahudumia watu wengi zaidi ya hao waafrika wachache unaowajua, vinginevyo hiyo Kijiweni Restaurant nayo itafungwa kama nyingine nilizozitaja. Hili ni wazo zuri kwa mwenye biashara. Badilisha jina na badilisha menu.

  13. Mdau unaweza jipikia vitumbua kwa kununua unga wa mchele toka maduka ya wachina na wathailand. Vikaango pia vinapatina hapa USA. Ni wewe mwenyewe tuu. Unga wa mahindi kwa ugali pia upo Walmart na kwa wa-Asia.
