Swahili Fashion week Organizer and pan African designer from Tanzania Mustafa Hassanali was invited as a guest to Lucilla Booyzen, owner and organizer of South Africa Fashion Week which was held in Rosebank, Johannesburg from 23 – 25 September 2011.

Amongst the invited guests of Lucilla were owner of Mozambique Fashion week Vasco Rocha, Nigeria Fashion Week Lesley Mojo and Namibia Fashion Week Whitney so as to create a network amongst the various regions and to look into ways of promoting and strengthening the African Fashion Industry as a whole.
