The Universal Postal Union officially began its 25th Congress, with more than 2,200 delegates convening in Doha, Qatar, over the next month. The UN-affiliated agency representing the postal administrations of 192 countries around the world is gathering to discuss the major issues of the current postal market and put together a new roadmap for the sector for 2013 to 2016.
