We are a group of companies currently looking to expand and now we are looking for Commission based sales representatives in Dar es salaam (4) who will be placed in different territories.
The ideal candidates will possess high energy levels, outgoing personality, confident, smart, must be results oriented with demonstrated success in sales or have the ability to sale, ready to learn. A go getter on the whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 or more years of successful commission based sales experience or if you feel you are born to sale with no experience you may apply.
• Customer service, Meeting sales goals, closing skills, territory management
• cold calling, market research and securing sales from small/big business accounts that you were be allocated.
• Capable of seeking out and participating in local networking events.
• Identifies prospects, customers, and referral sources and ready to do research as per target areas .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, presentation) in English and Kiswahili.
• Must be highly organized and self motivated
•Positive and energetic attitude
•Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel.
•Ethical and trust worthy character.
On-going sales training will be provided.
NB: This is a commission based position with a possibility of making over 2 million plus for the serious go getter .
